The Paper House

This future home is a three bedroom, one and a half bathroom townhouse built in 1900 and is in desperate need of repair. This project will involve a complete renovation of the porch, basement, and second floor, some cosmetic repairs on the first floor, and reconstruction of a room that was added in the rear. We closed the deal in late May and begin demo on June 15th. Why did we call it The Paper House? Like ​our Facebook page to find out!
